Members and Public Employees Disclosure Act

1 These regulations may be cited as the Members Disclosure Regulations.
2 In these regulations, "Act" means the Members and Public Employees Disclosure Act.
3 (1) A disclosure statement filed pursuant to the Act by a member on behalf of the member shall be in the form set out in Schedule "A" to these regulations.
(2) A disclosure statement filed pursuant to the Act by a member on behalf of the member's spouse and dependent children shall be in the form set out in Schedule "B" to these regulations.
4 A disclosure statement or an amended disclosure statement, as appropriate, shall be filed by a member on behalf of the member's spouse and dependent children within ninety days of the member marrying or acquiring a spouse within the meaning of the Act.
5 (1) In clause 6(1)(i) of the Act,
(a) "disclosed asset" means an asset that is required to be disclosed;
(b) "disclosed liability" means a liability that is required to be disclosed.
(2) An amended disclosure statement shall be filed in respect of the acquisition or disposition of a liability in the same manner as an asset to be disclosed pursuant to subsection 5(3) of the Act.
