INFOLINE is an automated telephone system which will give you information about your maintenance order and its enforcement. The information you receive comes directly from our computer and is the same as information provided by an Enforcement Officer.
Maintenance Enforcement Officers are dedicated to collecting maintenance payments and as much of their workday as possible needs to be spent on that activity. INFOLINE provides you with immediate access to the information from your file 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you have used it, we are sure you will be pleased with the results.
Call the phone number at the top of this page. You will need to use a touch tone phone. If you only have access to a rotary phone, you will need to call the office handling your case.
To get information on your case, you will need both your case number and personal identification number (PIN). These should have been sent to you upon enrollment.
Enter your case number and PIN when asked by the recorded voice on INFOLINE. You will then be given a list of choices and you will press one of the telephone buttons to receive the information of your choice.
