This training program provides a historical perspective on human rights and affected communities in the province. It includes tools for addressing systemic barriers to employment for under-represented groups by specifically looking at the culture of the workplace at various levels.

One-day training sessions are tailored to focus on the specific needs of a workplace or community group. The trainer will contact participants to assess what areas should be covered and for whom the session will be designed.
I left the workshop with a better understanding of rights vs. privileges, designated groups and discrimination.
I appreciate the professionalism with which the course was presented. The facilitation was done in a comfortable and easygoing manner.
I came into the workshop hesitant and left feeling more knowledgeable on my rights as an employer and the rights of my staff.
I realized the importance of developing a conflict management policy.
I found the open communication with the instructors most helpful.
This was one of the most interesting workshops I've been involved in.
