The Comprehensive Tobacco Control is five years old. We have made tremendous progress in reducing tobacco use in Nova Scotia. Smoking prevalence rates are down to 21%. The challenges remain, however. Click here to learn more about the process to renew the Tobacco Control Strategy.

Tobacco Control Summit - October 20 to 21

Nearly 150 people came together to celebrate our collective progress in reducing tobacco use in Nova Scotia and to begin charting the course for the future. A number of presentations and documents were provided during the two day event. Please find them below:
