The Valley office administers the department's provincial programs, addresses its goals in conjunction with the people of the region, provides consultation to municipalities, community organizations and individuals in the region and works with communities to address local physical activity, sport and recreation priorities and issues. The office serves the geographical area from Hants West to Clare.
Key priorities of the Valley office in conjunction with various partners include: physical activity partnerships, trail development, active transportation, facility development, strategic planning for valley communities and sport development.
