The Nova Scotia Department of Health, together with interRAI and CIHI, invite you to the 2009 Canadian RAI Conference - Pulling It All Together: Integrating Health Information for Planning, Policy, and Practice - June 22 - 24, 2009 at the Westin Nova Scotian Hotel, in Halifax.
Last year's conference attracted approximately 400 total delegates, sponsors and exhibitors from across Canada, the United States, New Zealand and Sweden.
"Pulling It All Together" will bring managers, clinicians, policy makers, researchers, health care providers, and other users of the interRAI suite of tools, to share experiences, highlight successes, and explore new directions and possibilities in health information. Information gained from an RAI assessment is critical to individual care planning. This same information when "pulled together" with data/information from many assessments and sources is a powerful tool for decision-making and crucial for guiding the direction of health care.
Delegates will have the opportunity to make the connections and "pull it all together", enabling the use of health information for planning, policy, and practice at many levels - from individual client care planning to provincial and national decision-making.
