1.0 Additions to Agenda: None. 2.0 Approval of Minutes of April 18, 2000: Minutes approved by Gerard Dinn, seconded by Brian Nickerson. Approval of Minutes of May 16, 2000: Minutes approved by Steve Baker, seconded by JJ. MacIsaac. 3.0 Business Arising: The Medical Act was again brought up on the Multi Media Machine in the EHS boardroom so that all members in attendance could view the Medical Act and make any changes, deletions or additions to each line in the Act to reflect on our first draft of the Paramedicine. Act. We have made excellent progress. Please see the attached "draft" of the Paramedicine Act for your information. We left off at Page 13, letter (C). "Direction to Make Entry" which reads: produces a certificate under the hand of the Registrar of the Paramedic Council of Canada, that the persons name appears in the Canadian Paramedic Register in pursuance of the Canada Paramedic Act; At this time the following people will only be needed to attend the next Legislation Committee Meeting, as working on Legislation will get too complicated if too many people are at the meeting during this particular part of the process.
