REGISTRATION POLICIES
1. Payment by credit card is the only form of payment accepted in the on-line registration form. Once The credit card has been processed, we will keep the receipt on file to be distributed to each delegate at the Conference Registration Desk.
2. Registration fees must be paid in full before being admitted to the conference. If there is an outstanding balance on your account when you arrive at the conference, you will be asked for a credit card to settle the account.
3. Cancellations will be accepted in writing to the Conference Coordinator until June 8, 2009, subject to a $80 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
4. Substitutions may be made until June 17, 2009 in writing to the Conference Coordinator.
