Annapolis Digby Economic Development Agency: Test Drive the Community - Calgary Event

If you live in the Calgary area, we have a great opportunity for you! On Thursday, May 7, 2009, the Annapolis Digby Economic Development Agency (ADEDA) and a contingent from Southwest Nova Scotia are hosting an event called Test Drive the Community.
The initiative is designed to promote the Annapolis Digby region to entrepreneurs working in the IT/geomatics and energy sectors. ADEDA would also like to meet those of you who are interested in starting a business involving viticulture, organic farming, creative businesses such as web design or filmmaking, or any enterprise that is internet-based. Test Drive the Community is a great opportunity to get a taste of life in Annapolis Digby, and all that the region has to offer!
We are especially pleased to tell you that the master chef for this event, Hayato Okamitsu of Catch Restaurant, has just been awarded the 2009 Gold Plates Medal along with the title of Canada's top chef!
