The GeoNOVA Secretariat and the Geomatics Association of Nova Scotia are pleased to present Spring into Geomatics 2008! This is a great opportunity for geomatics practitioners and those interested geography to come together and celebrate Nova Scotia geography. See old friends and meet some new ones. There will be a wide variety of presentations from our geomatics community including speakers from provincial, municipal, academic, and private sector. Our Keynote speaker this year is Bruce Nunn; Mr. Nova Scotia Know-It-All.
You will also have an opportunity to voice your ideas and thoughts about the corporate direction of geomatics in Nova Scotia. GeoNOVA, representing Nova Scotia's lead public sector GIS strategy will be inviting you to contribute to our geomatics future.
The Geomatics Association of Nova Scotia will be having its Annual General Meeting during this event. GANS has a bright future and offers each of us opportunities for networking, collaborating, and growing the geomatics industry in Nova Scotia.
