Makes and guarantees loans to the harvesting sector of
the fishing industry as well as to the aquaculture industry. |

Should have indepth knowledge of the fishing industry or
experience in commercial lending or business enterprises. |

Should have: ability to judge fairly; proven ability to make
decisions; high degree of integrity; and ability to handle
confidential information.
Chair position requires: proven leadership abilities; proven experience in
chairing organizations; good communication skills |
