*NOTE: The 2009 Budget was presented to the House of Assembly by the Minister of Finance on May 4, but did not proceed to be considered by the House and was not approved. The House of Assembly has been dissolved and a general election called for June 9, 2009. A new budget will be presented to the House of Assembly thereafter. The Department's proposed 2009-2010 Business Plan was referred to in the Government Business Plan presented as part of the 2009 Budget.
