Adjudicative ABCs consider evidence; make findings of fact and law, and issue decisions affecting a person's liberty, security, or legal rights. The spring 2013 deadline for applying to be a member of an Adjudicative ABC is now closed.

Non-Adjudicative ABCs make financial, regulatory, business, or policy decisions, or recommendations to government that have far-reaching implications for all Nova Scotians. Applications for Non-Adjudicative ABCs are welcome any time since consideration of applications for positions is ongoing.
