Adjudicative ABCs consider evidence, make findings of fact and law, and issue decisions affecting a person's liberty, security, or legal rights. The fall 2011 deadline for applying to be a member of an Adjudicative ABC has now passed .
Non-Adjudicative ABCs make financial, regulatory, business, or policy decisions, or recommendations to government that have far-reaching implications for all Nova Scotians. Applications for Non-Adjudicative ABCs are welcome any time since consideration of applications for positions is ongoing. Consideration will begin November 18, 2011.
