Offshore Strategic Energy Agreement (OSEA)
The Offshore Strategic Energy Agreement (OSEA) is a process agreed to by the Nova Scotia Department of Energy and EnCana, the oil & gas company behind the Deep Panuke offshore project.
The OSEA was signed in June 2006 and clearly spells out both sides' obligations, commitments and benefits regarding the Deep Panuke project.
