Converting to Natural Gas in Nova Scotia

Natural gas is gradually becoming more commonplace as a fuel source in Nova Scotia.

If you live in an area of Nova Scotia where it is available, you may be eligible for financial assistance to help you convert using the highest efficiency equipment available.

The program is funded by the Nova Scotia Department of Energy, through the Natural Gas Market Development Fund, and Natural Resources Canada.

Heritage Gas, the local natural gas distribution company, administers the fund.
