Nova Scotia Honoured for Tourism Excellence
Nova Scotia has won big at the 2011 National Awards for Tourism Excellence. Three of four provincial nominees received first place honours last night, November 24, at a gala dinner in Ottawa, ON.
Premier Darrell Dexter extended his congratulations to all of the Nova Scotia organizations nominated for these prestigious awards.
"Nova Scotians can be very proud of all of these nominees," said Premier Dexter. "They are creating some of the best tourism experiences in the country, and cementing Nova Scotia's reputation as a world-class destination."
