The goal of the Regional Planning and Development (RPAD) division of Economic and Rural Development is to increase opportunities for Nova Scotia's business community. Specifically, the RPAD division coordinates and assists with local planning and entrepreneurship. These projects aim to ensure sustainable communities, increase competitiveness, and support economic growth.
