New leadership structure for Just Us! Coffee Roasters

The members and Board have approved a new leadership structure for Just Us! Coffee Roasters. Debra Moore has been named General Manager of the co-op, effective Jan 1, 2012. Debra brings 16 years of experience to the job, as well as being a co-founder. She has exciting new plans to create a flatter, more democratic structure that will include principles of self-management. The entire co-op is looking forward to participating in this exciting new leadership structure.
