Form 1 Offering Document Revised November 17, 2010

The Nova Scotia Securities Commission has posted a new Form 1 Offering Document to its website. It is marked in header as Revised November 17, 2010. Any CEDIF planning on submitting an offering document is advised to use this new form. The four Funds which have submitted documents have been advised of the new form in the comment letters.
