BCA Green Energy
BCA Venture Capital Ltd was the first CEDIF to successfully use the Simplified Offering Document. Formed in 1999, this Fund has had three successful campaigns and is planning another selling campaign this RRSP season.The mandate of BCA is to develop a pool of capital which is reinvested into business in Cape Breton, leading to business growth, jobs and wealth creation. With more than 300 individual investors and more than $1.5 million in capital, the Fund is having a positive impact on its local economy.
