APSEA, the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority - services for anyone in the Atlantic provinces aged 21 and under who is deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind, blind, or visually impaired. Offers help for parents, support for students, training for teachers, and employment help for older youth
