All hand tools are not created equal. A hammer is a hammer is a hammer, but the one you are using may be contributing to sprains and strain injuries. Tools that are too heavy, poorly balanced, or wrongly shaped can lead to injuries of the hand, wrist, forearm, shoulder and neck. Some things to consider: grips, grip surface, handle size, weight and triggers.
