Repair and Renovation Loan
The Repair and Renovation Loan will provide financial assistance to licensed commercial and non-profit child care centres to improve or enhance their centres. This will include funding for repairs, renovations, and improvements including energy upgrades and accessibility for children and families with identified special needs.

Centres are encouraged to take advantage of the Energuide audit which will be provided at no cost to licensed child care centres and the cost will be billed directly to Conserve Nova Scotia.

To participate, your first step is to book an energy evaluation. There are three organizations in Nova Scotia that offer this service on behalf of the Province:
- Sustainable Housing (province wide, including Halifax Regional Municipality) 1-877-722-2842
- Clean Nova Scotia (Halifax Regional Municipality) 1-800-665-5377 or 420-3474 in HRM
- ACAP Cape Breton (Cape Breton Regional Municipality) 1-902-567-1628
