The Early Learning and Child Care Plan (ELCC)
With a focus on the needs of Nova Scotia families, the 10-year, made in Nova Scotia, Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) Plan will add more day care spaces, increase subsidized spaces, and provide ongoing support for our child care sector.
