The Priority Employer Program is about improving workplace safety and getting people back to work, which can ultimately save money for employers on their premiums to the Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB).
The Program is focused on businesses with the most potential to improve safety, based on the number of claims per year, and provides them with extra support. WCB staff work onsite with employers to:
