2006 Regulatory Craft Conference
In November 2006, the Competitiveness and Compliance Initiative (CCI) within the Department of Environment & Labour hosted the inaugural Regulatory Craft in Nova Scotia Conference. As part of the department's commitment to the Better Regulation Initiative, the conference promoted and shared best practices in regulatory management across departments and jurisdictions.
The Conference was so well-received, with requests for more on learning opportunities in regulatory management, that a follow-up Regulatory Craft in Nova Scotia Conference 2007 was held a year later to even more acclaim.
