Everyone's Business
Better Regulation really is everyone's business and that's why we're committed to
reporting regularly on progress and plans.
Communicating is an important part of what we're doing because we know business can only take advantage of improvements if they know about them.
The Better Regulation Initiative has been consulting and reporting progress by:
- Meeting at least three times a years with business organizations
- Hosting consultations to gather input on issues and solutions
- Working with the Council of Atlantic Premiers on improving regulation and participating in discussions
- Committing to regular reports on progress
Nova Scotia residents and interest groups also have a right to know how regulation works in Nova Scotia and how it is improving so protection and competitiveness can both benefit. This website, along with our annual progress reports are easy ways to stay informed.
