African Nova Scotian Community Action Partnerships
(ANSCAPs)

Whenever the Office of African Nova Scotian Affairs has an issue or subject area we think would benefit from community participation, we will recruit a knowledgeable volunteer group of community members with expertise in dealing with a specific issue or subject area to help us.

The first two ANSCAPs, launched in 2007, are focused on Community Engagement and Youth Leadership.Their proposals are currently under examination and review.

This fall, ANSA will be recruiting new members and also looking to establish two new ANSCAPs, focusing on Health and Wellness and Tourism and Heritage.

Stay tuned for more information, or contact the ANSA office on how to get involved.
