Handcraft Competitions 2007-2009

After careful consideration, the Provincial Handcraft committee has chosen the following handcrafts for the 2007-2009 competitions; 2007 - Recycled Craft; 2008 - Knitted Afghan; and 2009 - Doll.

The winner each year will receive a plaque with their name and branch name engraved upon it.

It is the responsibility of the owner to arrange for their item to be delivered and returned from the Annual General Meeting or Provincial Convention.

Each entrant will be required to sign a waiver and will enter their craft in the competition at their own risk.

Recycled Craft

Handcraft Competition 2008 - Knitted Afghan
Regulations: Any knitted design is accepted.
Minimum size is 45" x 60" or 115 cm x 153 cm. Afghans can be larger than the minimum size.
Materials: Yarn of any type, suitable for a knitted afghan
Judging: Annual General Meeting, July 3rd, 2008
