Regular hours of business: Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Samples (with the exception of Mineral and Bacteria Water samples) can be dropped off Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for same day processing. Samples received after 3:30 p.m. will be logged into the system and processed the next business day.
Mineral and Bacteria Water samples can be dropped off:
Monday to Wednesday - 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
**Thursdays - 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 Noon
**Mineral and Bacteria Water samples will not be accepted past 12 noon on Thursdays.
Should a statutory Holiday fall on Thursday or Friday, the 12 noon cutoff time will be moved to Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively.
