The Dairy Services Section provides dairy producers with comprehensive farm inspection and product quality control. Staff inspect dairy farms to encourage the maintenance of attractive facilities and high quality milk production. They also administer Dairy Commission regulations on production, handling and processing of milk and dairy products to ensure that customers receive only the best quality products. Quality and composition of milk and dairy products are monitored in the laboratory on a monthly basis.
