Provincially Approved Screening Devices Regulations

made under subsection 100B(15) of the
Motor Vehicle Act

1 These regulations may be cited as the Provincially Approved Screening Devices Regulations.

2 For the purpose of subsection 100B(1) of the Motor Vehicle Act the following devices are prescribed as provincially approved screening devices:

(a) Breathalyzer ™, Model 800;

(b) Breathalyzer ™, Model 900;

(c) Breathalyzer ™, Model 900A;

(d) Intoximeter Mark IV;

(e) Alcolmeter AE-D1;

(f) Intoxilyzer 4011AS;

(g) Alcotest ™ 7110;

(h) Intoxilizer ™ 5000 C;

(i) Breathalyzer ™, Model 900B;

(j) Intoxilyzer 1400;

(k) BAC Datamaster C;

(l) Alco-Sénsor IV-RBT IV;

(m) Alcolmeter S-L2;

(n) Alco-sûr;

(o) Alcotest ™ 7410 PA3;

(p) Alcotest ™ 7410 GLC;

(q) Alco-Sensor IV DWF; and

(r) Alco-Sensor IV PWF.
