What Does Help Look Like?
Getting help to change the way you use gambling is as easy as picking up the phone. "But what happens then?" you may be asking. In Nova Scotia, an entire range of addiction services are provided free of charge through Nova Scotia Health and Wellness, the District Health Authorities, and the IWK. No one will know you called or came in and your information will be kept in strictest confidence.
