The Authority of the Auditor General of
Nova Scotia is derived from the Auditor General
Act
. This privacy policy arises from that Act, in
particular from Sec 5(1), the Oath of Confidentially, and from fair

On our websites, we collect

request is made to have a hard-copy of a publication of the Auditor
General mailed out. We protect the personal information given to us
when you fill out the electronic request form. We have implemented a

destroyed.
